four-course dinner.

Each class may have a different menu but below is
an example of a four course meal that would be made durring class
APPETIZER: French beans with
shallots, porcini mushrooms and mascarpone cheese.
PASTA: Orecchiette with radicchio,
sausages, champagne, cream and curry.
MAIN COURSE: Pork loin roast with
sauce of arugula and capers.
DESSERT: Strawberries in chocolate
sauce topped
with espresso-scented whipped cream.
