Each class may have a different menu but below is an example of a four course meal that would be made during class



Moscardini Al Verde

Baby Octopus sautéed w/parsley, red onion, basil,chilis tomato and white wine

Linguini con Cappesante

Linguine tossed with anchovies ,onion ,saffron ,fennel, white wine,
tomatoes topped with grilled scallops and Italian Bread crumbs

Halibut con Cipolla and Gruyere

Roasted halibut Medallions w/caramelized onions &
Gruyere Cheese over an arugula salad.

Zabaione w/ Prosecco Foam

Zabaione w/ Prosecco Cream over fresh berries.
