I knew Luigi in Brindisi in the early 70"s and ran into him in Seattle years later , and he took great care of me and my guests whenever I visited Seattle.. So sad to hear of his passing. He was one of a kind. I would very much like a copy of his cookbook, If anyone has one, and would like to sell I would like it, I'm still in touch with one of his old friends in Brindisi.
